Founder & Managing Partner

Our Founding and Managing Partner Ricky Iramoty has experience the field of law, ranging from corporate law and litigation. Ricky started his career, as a legal officer in a company after graduating from Universitas Al-Azhar Jakarta and Ricky also Member of PERADI (Indonesian Bar Association) and Young Lawyers Committee in Indonesia, hence giving him the required knowledge not only in the legal aspect, but also the business aspect of his client needs.

After being a legal officer, Ricky took his knowledge on business and law to a prominent litigation law firm working under one of the best lawyers in Indonesia. In said law firm, Ricky worked on various litigation cases, ranging from divorce to white-collar criminal defence. Ricky knew that navigating through Indonesia’s legal system would not be effective using only the knowledge of the law, but also the need for solid tactical and communication skill, whether it is with the clients, colleague, or public officials.

Having solid knowledge in how things work in Indonesia, Ricky would give exceptional results in timely manner, for he believes a great lawyer should not go to court if it is not necessary with the ‘know how to’ mindset.

Ratu Fifi Suryaputri, S.H. is a Senior Lawyer who Graduate from Padjadjaran University, class of 1997. She is also Member of PERADI (Indonesian Bar Association) since 2017 and has joined several companies and law firms before joining Ricky Iramoty Law Firm.

As a member of Indonesian Bar Association, Ratu Fifi Suryaputri has experienced in handling civil and private legal cases in the court such as Commercial Court regarding Bankruptcy, Special Civil Court regarding Intellectual Property, Religion Court and Arbitration. However, she has strong competence is in the criminal, too. Her competence is in criminal law this is come from both formal education and experience. Her Bachelor of Law is specializing in Criminal and in addition to the formal study, she has handling criminal cases in the Police Department and in Criminal Court as well.

Ratu Fifi Suryaputri not only a practicing lawyer but she also handling corporate matters, drafting and reviewing contract, preparing Legal Due Diligence, Legal opinion for national and multinational companies in Indonesia.

Elshando Henry, S.H., C.L.A

Elshando Henry is a young lawyer and dedicated focuses his practice on general corporate, employers, and employees in labor and employment litigation, and commercial litigation.

Clients appreciate Elshando for his excellent legal analysis skil and fast processing. He is also eager to learn and improve his skills to be a professional and high qualified lawyer.

Elshando graduated from Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia. He has honed his legal expertise by doing internship program at several law firm and company and also joining several organizations during his study. He attends a student exchange program at Soochow University, New Taipei City, Taiwan.He has passed the Indonesian Bar Exam held by PERADI.

Andy Ramadhan Nai, S.H., M.Kn.

Andy is a Lawyer who graduate from Pancasila University on 2014 and has a Master of Public Notary (M.Kn.) in 2022 from Pelita Harapan University.

He has wide-ranging area practice in Law such as General Corporate/Commercial. Commercial Dispute Resolution and Litigation, Negotiation, Legal Compliance, Manpower and Employment.

Andy is the Lead Expert in Business Law – 2022 Investment Realization Execution Team, West Region. Ministry of Investment/Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board. Andy is also a member of the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) and Head of the Partnership field in the Young Lawyers Committee In Indonesia.

Yohannes Saputro Kristianto, S.H.

Graduated from Faculty of Law Trisakti University Indonesia, with practice areas in General Corporate/Commercial, Commercial Dispute Resolution and Litigation, Bankruptcy and Insolvency, Legal Compliance, Manpower Law, and Mining Law. He is also a member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocate Association).

Yesi Fujia, S.H., M.B.A., CTL

Yesi Fujia is a young lady lawyer and dedicates her practice to general corporate, tax – customs, immigration, coal mining industry, corruption, and bankruptcy. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Pancasila University, Jakarta in 2020 and holds a Master in Business from Guglielmo Marconi University, Rome, Italy.

Before she became a lawyer, she had experience as a Personal Assistant for more than 5 years so she knows about general corporate business, and joined a law firm since 2020. She also mostly handles non-litigation cases.

The combination of her legal and business experience affords her the flexibility required to serve a large corporation as much as a small business. She invests in the relationship with her clients for the loing terms and and attributes due consideration to the human dimension.

Wichayaporn Boonwong, BBA., MSc

Wichayaporn is a business woman with more than 8 years of experience handling cross borders transaction including businesses of food export and mining. With Wichayaporn, we would be able to give a sound legal advice with business practicality.

Andi Syukrillah graduated from Trisakti University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 2021 and joined RILF in 2022. He has been involved in various projects related to general company affairs, Andi’s experience in applying for and issuing legal permits for companies, where he gained various experiences, such as being able to issue further permits required by companies as well as legal experience in other fields.
